Work visa and residence visa rejections
Where an application is rejected:
It is accompanied by a letter from the Department outlining the reasons for the rejections.
Their reasons vary from missing documents, not complying with the requirements of the specific visa applied for, or other reasons as deemed pertinent by the adjudicating official.
Once an appeal application is submitted, the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) makes the ultimate decision on whether to grant or reject such an application.
